with added butter. Soft and homogeneous product, with flavor, aroma and characteristic color, elaborated under process conditions that ensure excellent performance in the rolling process.

USES

Frida puff pasty is especially suitable for use in soft pastry doughs, croissants and Danish doughs by direct method

PACKAGING

20 kg corrugated cardboard box: containing four 5kg packs wrapped in polyethylene foil, in a 20kg corrugated carboard box.
